Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for furniture orders.
For B2B or project orders, payment and credit terms will follow the Proforma Invoice (PI) or written agreement.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Products customized or made to order based on your specifications cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins.
Minor variations in finish, size (within industry tolerance), or grain are considered part of the handcrafted process and not defects.
