Custom furniture

Almost everything we make can be changed. Because we manufacture rather than import and resell, a different dimension or a different finish is a production instruction rather than a special order.

What you can change

  • Dimensions — length, width, height, seat depth, table thickness
  • Wood — seasoned Acacia, Sheesham or Mango, selected for the use case
  • Finish — catalysed lacquer, PU, hardwax oils, or outdoor chemistries; matched to a Pantone reference, a physical sample or a photograph of an existing fixture
  • Upholstery — commercial-grade fabrics, performance leathers, easy-clean options, with stain-guard and fire-retardant specifications on request
  • Hardware — powder-coated steel, brushed finishes, plated accents

The process

  1. Brief. Your space, dimensions, style direction and budget, over WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
  2. Design. Detailed drawings, material samples and finish options back within 48 hours.
  3. Engineering. Construction details, joinery and hardware selection, with durability expectations agreed in writing.
  4. Prototype. For larger orders, a pre-production sample tested for fit, finish, weight, stability and surface performance.
  5. Production. Batch built against the approved control sample at our 45,000 sq ft Jodhpur factory.
  6. QA and delivery. Inspection reports, moisture checks, moisture-barrier packaging, pan-India or export.

Lead time

Custom orders typically take four to six weeks depending on complexity. Commercial bulk work runs to a timeline agreed upfront rather than an estimate.

Re-orders

Your control sample and colour recipe stay on file. A piece ordered eighteen months later still matches the original run — which is the whole reason to use a manufacturer for a project you will extend.
