Short-let furniture sits in an awkward middle. It has to photograph well enough to win the booking, and survive guests who did not pay for it and will not be back. Home furniture fails the second test. Contract furniture often fails the first.

Whole-property packages

Most hosts do not want to assemble a property from ninety category pages. Tell us the configuration and we will come back with a specified list.

  • 2BHK / 3BHK — as above, scaled, plus wardrobes, media console and a work surface, which guests increasingly expect

What actually breaks in a short let

Dining chairs and bed frames, in that order, and almost always at a joint rather than a surface. We reinforce those junctions and use solid frames rather than engineered board, which means a piece that takes a knock can usually be repaired in place instead of replaced between bookings.

Finishes matter for a different reason here: they get cleaned by a rotating cast of housekeepers using whatever is under the sink. We will specify a finish that tolerates that rather than one that only survives careful ownership.

One finish across the property

The single biggest visual upgrade to a listing is not a better sofa. It is every wood tone in the property matching. Because we manufacture rather than trade, your whole order comes from one batch against one control sample.

Lead times and delivery

Ready-to-ship pieces move faster than custom work. If you have a go-live date, say so upfront and we will build the list around what can actually land in time. Custom orders run four to six weeks. Pan-India delivery with moisture-barrier packaging.

Multiple properties

If you run more than one unit, trade pricing applies and we hold your finish specification on file so unit four matches unit one.
