However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help you with a smooth replacement or refund process.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
Our policy applies in the following cases:
- The product arrives in a damaged or defective condition.
- The wrong product, size, or finish is delivered.
- There is a visible manufacturing defect.
To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos showing the issue.
3. Non-Eligible Items
The following are not covered under this policy:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or grain – as each solid wood product is naturally unique.
- Damage caused by incorrect handling, installation, or misuse after delivery.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Normal wear and tear or minor marks developed over time.
4. Process for Reporting an Issue
If your order qualifies for replacement or refund:
- Email us at info@samyogliving.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID, invoice number, and photos/videos of the issue.
- Our quality team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
5. Replacement Procedure
Once verified, we will:
- Arrange pickup or inspection of the damaged product, if needed.
- Send a replacement at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).
- If a replacement is unavailable, offer an alternative product or refund.
6. Refund Procedure
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
8. Shipping Damage
If a product is damaged during transit:

- If damage is discovered after unpacking, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
