    How long does a Samyog Living order take?

    Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation, counted from the date the advance is received and the final specification is signed off. Every piece is manufactured to your specification at our Jodhpur factory, so production begins only once design, dimensions and finish are approved.

    Very large or highly detailed projects can take longer. We confirm the schedule in writing on your proforma invoice.

    Do you sell to individuals, or only to businesses?

    Samyog Living works on a B2B basis only. We supply cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, short-stay and Airbnb properties and QSR chains on a project and bulk basis, rather than single-piece retail orders.

    We take on projects from ten pieces upward, and trade pricing applies from that point.

    Can designs, dimensions and finishes be customised?

    Yes — full customisation is available. Because we own our manufacturing, we can alter dimensions, wood species, stain and polish, upholstery fabric or leather, and hardware to suit your brief and brand identity. Brand and Pantone matching is available, and we hold the colour recipe on file for repeat orders.

    We also develop entirely new designs from your drawings or concepts, with structural integrity maintained through every change so the piece stays fit for commercial use.

    What are your payment terms?

    50% advance against order confirmation, with the balance 50% payable before dispatch, once the order is manufactured and ready to ship. Terms are recorded on the proforma invoice issued at the start of the project.

    For export orders, commercial terms are quoted on an FOB or EXW basis.

    How is delivery handled, and what about site access?

    Freight is quoted on your proforma invoice, either door-to-door or on FOB / EXW terms depending on the agreement. We use surface freight and furniture-specialist carriers experienced with bulky, fragile consignments, pack to export standard, and consolidate into scheduled dispatches rather than shipping piecemeal.

    Share the site address, access constraints — lift dimensions, staircase widths, doorway clearances — and your fit-out window early, so we can plan the consignment around your programme. Please report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery.
