Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation, counted from the date the advance is received and the specification is signed off.

Freight is quoted on your proforma invoice, door-to-door or on FOB / EXW terms. We pack to export standard and consolidate into scheduled dispatches rather than shipping piecemeal. Tell us your site access constraints and fit-out window early so the consignment can be planned around your programme.

Solid wood moves with humidity. Keep pieces out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth, and avoid solvent cleaners on polished surfaces.

Stock is kiln-dried to a specified moisture content before it is cut, and we hold your colour recipe on file so a repeat order or a replacement matches the original batch.

We supply on a B2B basis — cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, short-stay properties and QSR chains — from ten pieces upward. Payment is 50% against order confirmation and 50% before dispatch, recorded on the proforma invoice.
