01 · PROJECT OVERVIEW
Maira Resort furniture project overview
The brief called for a coordinated hotel furniture package that could be produced consistently across several accommodation formats. Dimensions, joinery, upholstery, hardware, and finishes had to stay aligned across repeated production batches while still fitting the layout of each room category.
The final resort furniture programme combined solid wood construction with leather upholstery and practical storage. It included custom hotel furniture for bedrooms, occasional seating, study areas, and room-specific requirements across villas, suites, and twin rooms. For hotel owners, resort developers, architects, interior designers, and procurement teams, the project documents how a large guest-room furniture package moved from approved sampling through batch manufacturing, quality control, installation, and completed interiors. Restaurant furniture at Maira Resort is outside the scope of this case study and will be presented separately.
