Mumbai’s hospitality scene moves quickly. A café in Bandra, a restaurant in Lower Parel, a boutique hotel in Colaba — each is judged on the room as much as the menu, and the furniture carries a large part of that judgement.
Samyog Living supplies that furniture. We are not a Mumbai trading house. We are a manufacturer, and every piece is made in our own factory in Jodhpur, Rajasthan — one of India’s oldest solid wood furniture centres — then shipped to your site in Mumbai. There is no middleman between the bench and your floor.
We work in six seasoned hardwoods — acacia, mango, sheesham, teak, ash and oak — with time-tested joinery built for commercial use. MDF and ply are used only where a panel genuinely calls for it. We never use particle board.
Everything is made to order and can be specified to your drawings: sizing to your floor plan and seating count, finish matched to a reference, upholstery from an extensive fabric and leather range. Chairs ordered in a batch of forty match the sample — every one of them.
We supply cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, QSR operators and short-stay properties across Mumbai and the wider MMR, and work directly with the architects and interior designers specifying for them.

Furniture for a working hospitality room has to do two jobs at once: hold the design intent, and survive three services a day. Those pull in opposite directions, and most furniture fails one of them.
We build for both. Frames are solid hardwood and jointed rather than bolted, so they do not loosen over years of being pushed back from a table. Surfaces are finished to take repeated cleaning without dulling or lifting. Proportions are drawn so a chair still looks considered after two years in service.
Because we manufacture rather than resell, we can hold a specification across a batch — and repeat it a year later when you add covers.

Specifying for a Mumbai project
Most of our work reaches Mumbai through architects and interior designers rather than direct enquiries, and the process is built around how they actually work.
We start from your drawings or a mood board. We confirm feasibility, materials and lead time in writing, then produce a reference sample where the project warrants one. Production is scheduled against your fit-out programme, and delivery can be phased so furniture does not sit on a site that is not ready for it.
Custom is normal here, not an exception. Most of the range can be adapted in size, finish or material, and we have done enough of it to quote it quickly.

Working with us
We supply cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts and short-stay properties in Mumbai direct from our Jodhpur factory — specified to your drawings, in six seasoned hardwoods.
- Lead time: 4–6 weeks for a custom or single-site order; 6–8 weeks for larger or multi-site projects, plus transit to Mumbai.
- Terms: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. Freight is charged at 20% of order value.
- Damage or defects: reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Custom work: sizing, finish and upholstery to your specification.
