Assembly and installation

Most of what we make arrives largely assembled. Solid frames are built as frames, not flat-packed into panels, which is why our pieces survive years of use — but it also means the assembly question is usually small.

What arrives assembled

Chairs, tables under a certain size, stools, benches and most seating arrive built. Larger dining tables ship with the top separate from the base. Beds, wardrobes and large storage ship in components sized to get through a doorway and up a stairwell.

Field-friendly by design

Where a piece has to be assembled on site, that is designed in rather than worked around: accessible fixings, marked components, and joints that go together one way. We also build in service access, so a fixing can be tightened or a part replaced in a few years without dismantling the piece.

Home orders

Delivery includes placement and basic assembly in most serviceable locations. Tell us at order stage if access is difficult — narrow stairwells, lift restrictions, a first-floor entrance — because it sometimes changes how we build a large piece.

Project and bulk installation

For hospitality and contract orders we coordinate installation against your fit-out schedule rather than dropping a container on site and leaving. That includes phased delivery to match handover stages, on-site supervision for larger installs, and a snag walkthrough before sign-off.

After installation

Because frames are solid rather than engineered board, a piece that takes a knock can usually be repaired in place instead of replaced. For contract clients we keep your specification on file so a replacement part matches the original run.
